Healthy ‘Fried Rice’ Recipe

As promised, today I’m going to show you how I make my¬†cauliflower stir-fry {aka healthy fried rice}

For starters, pretty much everything I use can be found at Trader Joes — for the fool proof version
If you don’t have a trader joes near you then you can still find all these ingredients,
you just may have to grate the cauliflower yourself.

Ingredients:Riced Cauliflower, Peppers and Onions, Root Vegetables (I buy a frozen mix), Broccoli, Carrots, Peas, whatever else you want to add basically.

Teriyaki Sauce, TJ’s South African Smoke Seasoning¬†(or whatever seasonings you have)

Put all ingredients in pan and heat on high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Teriyaki sauce, turn off heat, and let sit for another 5 minutes or so.
Remove from heat, pour in bowl, and enjoy!

Before I cut out all animal products from my diet,
I used to add an egg white and a bit of the yolk to the mix..
you could add a whole egg or 2 to make it more like fried rice.
