I’m sure many of you have tried out some sort of detox tea/water recipe before.
I typically don’t believe in this kind of thing,
but if there are any trusted sources, it’s Jillian Michaels.
Feeling bloated is never enjoyable, but when Aunt Flow is in town
the discomfort reaches new heights.
Here is a recipe for Jillian Michaels’ detox water/tea which helps
ease the bloat and amp up digestion, making you feel pounds lighter!
60 oz. of distilled water
1 Dandelion Root tea bag
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
1-2 Tbsp. Cranberry Juice (no sugar added)
Mix ingredients in a big pitcher or jug and drink throughout the day.
For optimal results, drink all 60 oz. per day.
