Best Foods at Trader Joe’s

Hi friends. Anyone else love Trader Joes? This is one of my favorite places to shop because they always have the healthy goodies I like, but without all the extra fluff of other grocery stores. I can get in and out of of here in under 20 minutes, which says a lot for me. I’m one of those people that goes in for eggs and walks out with 10 other things I didn’t really need.

Luckily, the prices here are super reasonable (especially in comparison to Whole Foods) sorry WF… but I just can’t let myself shop there anymore. I used to LOVEEEE going there because its like the ultimate health-food mecca, but my wallet just cannot take it anymore. I buy 1 avocado and a chicken breast and all of a sudden the girl is like “Ok Mrs. Darlington your total is $34.47,” and I’m all like WTF?! ┬áCan I put back the chicken breast….? lol.

  • Cookie Butter (I only buy this on occasion)
  • Coconut Oil
  • Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip
  • Rolled Oats
  • Chocolate Covered Espresso Pillows
